How long does it take for domestic (Australia) shipping?

Domestic shipping throughout Australia takes 3-10 working days for your items to arrive however if you live in Sydney or Melbourne don't be surprised if your items arrive even sooner, roughly 2-5 working days.

How long does it take for International shipping take?

International shipping generally takes 3-12 working days for your items to arrive.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation containing all details of the items you've purchased and the address they will be shipped to. There will also be a tracking code included (if you have chosen tracked shipping) in the email along with the shipping providers website so you can track its exact whereabouts.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we absolutely do. Once you've added your items to the cart and entered your address into the checkout you'll be able to see how much shipping will cost to your country.

What happens if my items do not arrive or are lost in the mail?

If you've found that your items have not arrived within the specified time period or have been lost. The first thing you should do is to get in touch with the shipping provider via email or phone and quote your tracking number provided to you in the confirmation email.  If you aren't able to get anywhere with the shipping provider, shoot us an email and we'll follow up for you with them instead.

Can you deliver to PO box addresses?

Yes we absolutely can.

Can you deliver to work addresses?

Yes we absolutely can.
